All additional signers will be able to complete their portion of the documents after the primary signer has signed and completed their part. Here's how it works: The primary signer will receive an email or text message with the document link and instructions to sign and complete their part of the documents first. Once the primary signer has completed their portion, all additional signers will automatically receive a separate email or text message containing their unique document link. This link will allow them to access the document and sign their respective sections.

What is online notarization and is it legal?
Yes, online notarization is legal and recognized in most states across the U.S. It provides the same legal validity as traditional notarization. While it’s widely accepted for documents like power of attorney, affidavits, and real estate forms, some institutions may have their own requirements. We recommend contacting the intended recipient or organization to verify that they will accept a remotely notarized document.
What documents can I get notarized on the platform?
Nearly every document can be notarized on the platform, including affidavits, power of attorney, wills and trust, and real estate documents. However, certain documents—like marriage certificates or those intended for use outside of the United States—may not be accepted. We recommend checking with the receiving agency to ensure your document is eligible for remote online notarization.
Can two or more signers get their signatures notarized?
Yes! TruvaLink Notary Signing Services supports up to four total signers per remote online notarization session. Each signer receives a secure link via email and text to join the session from their own location. All signers can verify their identity and complete the notarization together in one convenient, secure session—available 24/7.
